1. GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, stays, and services provided by Riad Sabrawa (“the Riad”, “we”, “us”), located in the medina of Marrakech, Morocco. By accessing our website riadsabrawa.com and making a reservation, you accept these terms in full.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version is always published on this page.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment as indicated during the booking process. Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash on arrival (subject to prior agreement).

– Currency: All transactions are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) or Euro (EUR) at the Riad’s official exchange rate.

Important: For group bookings (4+ rooms) or events, a separate contract may apply. Contact us directly at contact@riadsabrawa.com.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled arrival date. – Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for any refund. – To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@riadsabrawa.com. The date of your cancellation request will determine the refund eligibility.

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

4. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 14:00 – 22:00 (late arrivals must be communicated in advance).
Check-out: before 11:00.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact our reception.

5. GUEST CONDUCT & HOUSE RULES

To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we ask you to respect the following:

– No smoking inside the Riad (designated areas are available).
– Please keep noise levels low after 22:00.
– Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given.
– Visitors are allowed only with reception’s permission and must leave by 21:00.
– Damage or loss of property must be reported immediately; guests are responsible for any damage caused.

Quiet hours: We cherish the tranquil ambiance of our Riad. Please respect the local culture and our neighbours.

6. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Riad Sabrawa is not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

Our property is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. In case of emergency, please contact reception immediately.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and providing you with the best possible service. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or relating to your stay or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.

9. CHANGES & UPDATES

Riad Sabrawa reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “last revised” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
