Navigating the Medina can be tricky, but we make it simple.

• Accessible Transfer: We recommend pre-booking a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) for airport pickup. The driver can assist with luggage and drop you off at the closest vehicle access point to the Riad.
• Smooth Arrival: The route from the drop-off point to our front door is relatively flat compared to other parts of the Medina. If you require assistance with your luggage upon arrival, our team is always on hand to help.

Most historic riads in Marrakech are protected by heritage laws and cannot install modern adaptations like lifts. Riad Sabrawa has been thoughtfully modernized to ensure comfort while retaining its traditional charm. While other riads may require climbing 20+ steps to reach a bedroom, we offer step-free access throughout the main property.

While the Riad itself is located in a pedestrianized zone of the Medina (which adds to the tranquility), there is a public car park approximately 50 meters away with designated parking spaces also for people with reduced mobility. Our team can guide the driver to the correct location and assist with luggage transfer.
